My approach in therapy is to offer a collaborative, empathetic, and supportive experience while working towards developing skills, self-awareness, and tools to navigate life’s journey. I do not believe that one therapeutic style fits all.
I am a person-centered/humanistic therapist, which means I am about who the client is now and who the client is striving to be. I provide short or long-term counseling to help you reach your treatment goals. Therapy sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

EMDR Trained
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a method which was initially used for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. But it is now being used in different therapeutic situations. EMDR is an eight-phase treatment method.
